IT Infrastructure Engineer

Working in the ALTO office and on Client sites as part of a team of engineers.

Your responsibilities will centre around Pre-Sales help and the delivery of IT infrastructure Projects.

There will be an opportunity to work with our cybersecurity team and an expectation of knowledge share with all the team. This would be around supporting triaged tickets from the client support team.

Essential Requirement

Microsoft 365 technical experience

Preferred Knowledge of:

Microsoft 365 Admin Centre
Windows 10/11 Professional and Windows Server Operating systems
Powershell
SharePoint Administration
Microsoft 365 Security Products
Microsoft Azure Servers
VMware ESXi

ALTO Quality Management System (QMS)

Record activities into the ticketing system.
Work within the ISO9001 compliant quality management system
Create and work on Risk assessments (Technical and Situational)
Be comfortable reviewing your own and your colleagues work

An annual salary in the range £25,000 to £45,000 - negotiable based on experience
